DMCA Takedown Requests

We support the protection of intellectual property and ask our users to do the same.

Our policy is to immediately respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website.

Please use the following form to report content you believe violates or infringes your copyright.

In the same way that we expect others to respect our rights, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. Copyright owners or their agents may submit a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent listed below according to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c). As an internet service provider, we are entitled to claim immunity from said infringement claims according to the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. Please submit the following information to us when submitting a good faith infringement claim:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

The copyright owner’s (or someone authorized to act on behalf of the owner’s) physical or electronic signature;
Identify the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
Identify the infringing material and provide the service provider with enough information to locate it. For assistance in identifying the allegedly offending work, please provide the URL of the page in question;
Your name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number are reasonably sufficient to allow the service provider to contact you;
Whether the complaining party has a good faith belief that the copyright agent has unauthorized the use of the material; and
Under penalty of perjury, the complaining party must affirm that the information in the notification is accurate.

The US Code, 17 USC 512(f), provides civil damage penalties for misrepresenting certain information in a notification of infringement under 17 USC 512(c)(3) that is knowingly and materially false.

Copyright infringement claims we receive may be shared with the alleged infringer’s identity and information. Upon submitting a claim, you accept and agree that the alleged infringer may receive your identity and claim.
