By shopping and purchasing products on Designtribe.us, you are agreeing to the terms set forth below.
Because our products are made to order, we only provide refunds and/or returns for defective products. Defective products are mistakes made in error on our part, such as a crooked graphic placement or if you were to receive a damaged product.
Products are not refundable if you ordered the wrong size or color, or variation of the product. Your order is made to order. We are not a big box store with millions of shirts in inventory, but rather every order is handmade just for you.
Please be sure to verify sizing, color, and variation before ordering. If you have any questions about the product you’d like to purchase, please ask before ordering from us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, unused, and in the same condition as initially received. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org the following information;
- Order ID
- Purchase date
- Full name and address,
- A detailed description of the problem/defect.
- 3 images of the defective product(s)
Please do not send your purchase back to us before emailing support.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Depending on your payment method, each payment processing center has its own refund policies, which generally take 5 to 7 business days for the funds to be placed back into your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 2 weeks, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their address to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
